At Anahco, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
